Sometimes, it’s helpful to include a link to open the chatbot so visitors can find it more easily.
For example, I can tell you to click here to open our chatbot. Pretty neat, right?
To do this on your website, create a link and add a class called open-resolver to it. Whenever a visitor clicks that link, it will open up the chatbot.
To prevent the page from reloading, enter “#” as the link’s URL, or use a button element instead.
