About

Are you struggling to keep up with customer support?

This is something we’ve felt while running the popular Independent Analytics plugin. With over 100,000 installs, we’ve had plenty of bugs and issues to deal with each and every day.

After playing around with an AI chatbot app, we realized how much this technology could help us reduce our support load.

But there was a problem.

The external app we were using didn’t know when we updated our pages or when we published new ones. This meant frequently returning to the app to add these updates, which we often forgot to do.

We realized that building a chatbot natively in WordPress as a plugin could solve this problem, and that became the birth of Resolver.

What is Resolver?

Resolver is a WordPress chatbot plugin that can intelligently answer questions at all hours of the day and automatically retrain itself as you edit your site and publish new pages.

It’s a truly hands-off experience; you install it in a few minutes, and you have fewer support tickets to resolve yourself.

We also designed it for users to enter their own API keys. With an external app, you will get upcharged for “AI credits,” whereas using your own API key is far cheaper. With Resolver, you only pay for what you use.

How do you make money then?

Since we don’t charge a monthly subscription and our users enter their own API keys, you might be wondering how our business makes money.

We use a freemium model, so we offer a full-featured free plugin called Resolver and a premium version called Resolver Pro. The Resolver plugin may be all you need, but if you want more advanced features like custom field integration, PDF training, or chatbot analytics, then consider purchasing an annual or lifetime license of Resolver Pro.

Who’s behind this plugin?

Resolver is designed and developed by Ben Sibley and Andrew Mead. You may know us from creating the popular Independent Analytics plugin, which we launched in 2022.
