This feature is only available in Resolver Pro.
After purchasing Resolver Pro, you’ll receive an email from us titled “Your payment receipt for Resolver Pro.” This email includes a link to download your invoice.
You can also log in to your account any time to re-download the invoice via the Orders History menu.
How to edit your invoice
We only collect your name and email address at checkout, so if you need to include your company address, you can edit the invoice and redownload it.
To edit your invoice, log in to your account and visit the My Profile menu. Here, you can enter your company name, address, and any other details you want included in the invoice.
Then, visit the Orders History menu and click on the link there to download a new invoice, which will include your updated company info.
